Carrie Anne Moss

 

Carrie-Anne Moss (born August 21 1967) is a Canadian actor from Canada. In her early television roles her name was brought to international fame for her part in the role of Trinity in The Matrix series (1999-present). Memento (2000) brought her the Independent Spirit Award for Best Male Supporting Character, Red Planet (2000), Chocolat (2000) and Fido (2006). Snow Cake (2006) received the Genie Award as Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Character. She also played Jeri Hogarth in a variety of TV series created by Marvel Television for Netflix, including Jessica Jones (2015-2019).
